If you arrive earlier, Cómpeta offers plenty of options for a drink or a lunch. Late arrivals after 11:00 PM are possible by arrangement and carry a € 25 surcharge.

We want to welcome every guest to a clean studio and a well-kept outdoor space. We’ll need some time for that. Unfortunately, late check-out is not possible.

Location & Accessibility

Due to its mountain location, Casa Abajo is not accessible for those with limited mobility and is not suitable for children. While we love animals, pets are not allowed. You’ll be staying in the beautiful mountains of Andalusia where open fires are strictly prohibited due to the risk of wildfires in the dry surroundings. The studios are non-smoking. To make the most of your stay at Casa Abajo and explore the beauty of Andalusia, a (rental) car is essential.

Reservation conditions

The minimum stay at Casa Abajo is 3 nights.

When making a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required via bank transfer. The remaining 50% must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

We require a security deposit of € 200. This will be refunded promptly after your stay, provided everything is left in good condition.

If you cancel 8 weeks or more before arrival, we will refund your 50% deposit. For cancellations less than 8 weeks before arrival, no refund will be given.

All prices include the use of water, electricity, air conditioning, bed linen, kitchen linen, towels, pool towels, WiFi, and VAT.
